Definitely, though as I've said before, the reason I switched over completely is I find my prints are superior to any 35mm prints that i ever made, and in the ballpark of 645. They don't have the resolution of 645, but they don't have the grain either.
There's a nice experiment you can do. Ask the lab guy to enlarge for you a 645 frame, with the enlarger lens *slightly out of focus*. It will produce similar results to digital - i.e. doesn't have the resolution, but no grain either.
