Last time I checked, Leica rangefinder cameras had the most bombproof shutters and film advance mechanisms going, and were capable of almost unlimited exposure cycles without breaking down. If you shoot a lot of film, a Leica can actually cost less in the long haul because they never need replacing, they just don't wear out. William Robb
