Flattery will get you anywhere you like 8-) Just finished (re)reading the complete, boxed set. A tragi-comedy to equal any of the classics. Spike was quite a photographer, on the quiet. I seem to remember a series of ads "XXXX's [Nikon/Pentax?]" where his comparatively new model had had all of the horrible black paint removed (apparently with a nail file or such) to show the lovely brass underneath. Wonder where it is now? mike
