I sure am sure. He may "think" he's getting
EVERY exposure within 1/3 stop of "perfection"
but it's just not possible due to all the tolerances
in the meter, shutter, film speed, aperture, processing,
etc. Just because his results are perfectly ACCEPTABLE
doesnt mean they are ALL actually that accurate.
