Not a prankster. It's most  probably a virus.
Copy it as it was sent, without opening the .exe attachment, 
and send it in it's entirety to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
They're collecting info on spammers, and being the Federal Trade
Commission, I'm glad to give them all the help I can.
