Why is it not possible to create such a part to mount temporarily in the back of K mount lenses which are mounted on the *ist line?
Everything is possible. It's just that it's more simple and effective to go out and buy a Canon 10D + Elan7 + some EF lenses from their vast array, and you're all set up for film & digital, with USM IS and whatever you want. And you can do it now. Like in getting in your car and visiting a decent camera shop for the next hour.
