The lenses at the top of the page (Zeiss Jena, Jupiter, Industar) aren't very sharp lenses by design. And the shutter speed on the shot w/ the Takumar is slow. The one taken with the Jupiter 9 is pretty darn sharp in the large version though. I do love the bokeh on that lens...
