Hi Don,

Thanks for that very comprehensive explanation.  I must
admit, the Sekonic range has some attractive features.

My Gossen Luna-Star was a steal, but maybe it isn't my ideal
meter.  Mine came without the spot attachment, and I'm not
impressed with the high cost of that accessory - at least
here in the UK.  Because of what I shoot (landscape,
architectural, portrait) I would only rarely use spot
metering but having that feature would still be 'a good
thing'.

Maybe I'll put the Gossen on eBay and see what happens.
