I've been using a Gossen "Multipro" LCD digital for a few years now and I like it a lot. It does both incident and reflected, and both ambient and flash. When doing flash you can set the shutter speed and it will adjust fstop to take ambient into account (integrated reading).
Another nice feature is it has both aperture or shutter priority on readings. I tend to use a fixed shutter speed and let the aperture readout vary but it's nice to be able to use it the other way around if you like. And, very important, it uses a very long lasting, cheap, and easy to find standard 9 volt battery. Nothing not to like about it. I got mine mint for $140 on ebay and they sell for about $240 new.
