Of course it is. Everything I say is subjective; I said that in the
intro to my comments. If people are going to get defensive about negative
criticism then I won't do any more comments. It's not worth the
hassle. They're not meant to be divine judgment or to state absolute
truths, and I have *no* background or training in art history or
criticism. Ok? My comments mean nothing. Hopefully, they're just a
starting point for further PUG-related conversation. If you disagree with
something I said, or think that I'm totally out to lunch and/or blind,
then tell me why you disagree. Tell us what effect you were trying to
achieve, or why you like what you did, or anything, as long as it gets
some dialogue going. If I don't like some aspect of your photo, then
either (1) disagree with me and tell me *why* you do (like Mike did with
the hands as contextual elements... that made me re-evaluate what I
thought of it), or (2) recognize how you could have made it better and do
it next time. If people start to take it personally or get defensive
about my comments, then they're really not worth doing. I'm not trying to
piss anyone off with them, just to spark some talk about the PUG.

Yeah, I've heard some good things about the 645N's meter. Does it use the
6-segment pattern of the MZ series or the 8-segment one of the Z1-p? I
can't remember off-hand. The AF is pretty quick, too.
And I'm sorry that the rant happened on your post. Your comments didn't
merit my response, so it was more intended to head off any future problems
that might have arisen.
Take care,
chris
