I have the sigma, decent built and good optics, the
macro being stuck at 300 is a limitation, reports say
the tamron is just as good with the 1:2 macro going
further. The Sigma had a 1:1 adaptor ( which I have )
but you will have a hard time finding it . guess I
just confused you more. OH both lenses are really F6.7
on the long end BTW.
