But I have never approached books as an investment other than an investment in enjoyment and/or knowledge. Of the eight books I have, all are "how-to" except for Galen Rowell's "Inner Game of Outdoor Photography" (which is also really a how-to book too). I wouldn't mind having his last one of the SF Bay Area (forget the name right now), but because I live there/here. And I suppose since it had a limited printing someday it would increase in value. (It, however, was offered through the California Automobile Association, so the printing probably wasn't THAT limited.) But if I ever sell my 2,000 sci-fi paperbacks (some dating back to the 1950's), I suppose they would have some value. Doe aka Marnie ;-)
