I haven't seen one from Pentax but I think that it's a
bi-color polarized filter.  The one I have is from
Tiffen.  You mount it behind a polarizing filter and
as the polarizer rotates the light filtration changes
from the first color to the second.  It's kind of neat
and produces some interesting but limited special
effects on color film.  I haven't used mine in years. 
By the way at the time I bought it the filter seemed
to be very expensive.
