Probably not.
My character set is:
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1"
I purposefully spelled it "finny" instead of "finn�y." Only because I
forgot how it WAS spelled.
If the diagonally-slanted "oh" shows up this time, it isn't my
character set...
