Hey Collin (and former Okie),

Are you talking about general dust in the air? You might have to seal the
concrete floor. Someone mentioned humidity, which is good to a certain
point. At about 63% humidity you start getting mold growth however and it
likes paper and leather and even enlarger lenses. Air circulation helps keep
mold at bay though. Maybe an air purifier or one of those negative ion
machines that helps keep dust down. You may have to make a little dust
enclosure out of vis-queen and 2x4's to keep the dust from getting on your
equipment and negatives. I'm sure someone else has a basement darkroom with
similar problems. Hope this helps.

Jim (current Okie)
