I like the way my LX handles with the grip removed and the base of an ERC fitted. It feels entirely different to a "naked" LX with the grip, and that feels entirely different to an LX with a winder. The LX with motor drive and battery grip feels different again. If the LX had a 1/250 sec fastest flash synch speed, it would have been perfect ... all things to all men! John
