Typical weasel words put in (no doubt at the insistence of lawyers)
when quoting mileage figures (i.e. fuel consumption figures) for
cars, trucks, etc. in advertisements.

No -  "Void Where Prohibited".  A similar weasel phrase often found
on nationwide advertisements mentioning promotional lotteries, etc.
Some jurisdictions ban such games of chance.
