I had this bag for about a week; it was the only Lowepro product to ever let
me down.

The clip holding the shoulder strap on at the bottom back of the bag is
plastic and extremely flimsy; any kind of lateral motion on this (like
picking the bag up off the ground) causes the clip to release suddenly,
causing the bag (and your gear) to go smashing to the ground.

One $500.00 repair bill and several angry letters, emails, and phone calls
to Lowepro yielded a courier at my door, picking up the mini-trekker, and
Lowepro awarded me a GIANT (second from the top of the line) Photo trekker
with two off board lense accessory cases for my trouble.

You could try to pull a scam and do the same thing, but I wouldn't load
equipment that I value into that piece of crap. The last few I have seen in
a store have shown that Lowepro has not changed to their usual sturdy metal
clips on that bag; it is still plastic, which is rediculous for the main,
load-bearing member, and all for the sake of an extra $.50 in profit.

Don't buy it.

Sincerely,

Cameron
