My Pentax bodies are an MX, and 3 Spotmatics. My bodies from other brands are all metal, manual focus, and with the exception of my Yashica Electro 35, mechanical shutter.
I can't see myself ever going plastic (sorry, "polycarbonate" <g>). There are so many good old bodies out there for decent prices, why bother? I don't need AF or AE, although I do hope one day to own an LX. Were I to upgrade, it would be to decent Medium Format (not that I don't like my Yashica Mat, but it does have it's limitations), likely a 6x7 or 67. cheers, frank Mike Johnston wrote: > Hah!
