Someone was asking about a new delta 400 a few weeks ago, I think.
Check out

Click on massive dev chart, then bring up the times for delta 400. It's
got a blurb explaining the change.
There's still nothing on the Ilford site as far as I can see. They don't
seem to update very often.
In a nutshell, the newer version is supposed to have finer grain and
better latitude (yeah, baby). You can tell it from the old stuff by the
darker green label, plus it's labeled 'new'.
