We drove into Milan from Switzerland several years ago, and it was such a bad
experience
that my wife, who is half Italian-American, vowed never to return. We are, however,
planning a one-week visit to Roma in April, and may take a short trip to Ponpeii if we
have time. Any comments or advice (off list) would be appreciated.
