I have had good luck with a PZ-1p and my 28-70/2.8 FA lens.  I place my
AF-500-FTZ strobe off camera by using a Stroboframe and a 5P sync cord
attached to a Hotshoe Adapter F.  I use a Lumiquest pocket bouncer over the
strobe in order to get nice, soft lighting.  For quick recycling, I plug the
strobe into a Quantum Turbo battery pack.

I usually have a second PZ-1 equipped with my 24/2 FA  lens and another
AF-500-FTZ strobe and Quantum Turbo Z battery pack slung over my shoulder,
too.  Between the two outfits I'm usually able to cover most candid shooting
situations.

My film of choice is Kodak Portra 160VC (for a little extra snap).

During actual wedding services I go available light, using either my 85/1.4
A* or 135/1.8 A* from the back of the church and shoot Kodak Portra 400VC
film.

For the posed, more formal stuff I stick with a couple of Pentax 645s and use
some small Dynalite flash heads and umbrellas, and Kodak Portra 160VC 120
film.

Whatever you choose to use, stick with it and get into a routine.  You don't
want to learn on the job, believe me!
