My normal day pack weight is around 30 pounds, backpack weight about 55 to 60
pounds. The day pack also contains food, water, 2 camera bodies, a Manfrotto
190 Short tripod & clothing for me to survive just about any weather condition
in the mountains. You couldn't pay me enough to work as hard as I do when I am
having "fun" hiking up & down in the mountains.
