I have been in correspondence with Dennis Klimovich over the
past few days, regarding his Penta Magazine. He just pointed me
to:

which is sort of a Russian PUG.
There is some really nice work in there, and Dennis is obviously
putting a heck of a lot of effort into the online magazine. This
post isn't really going anywhere, I just wanted to publicly
acknowledge the work he is doing.
