Welcome, Mike! It's nice to have someone with your depth of knowledge of the
industry, it's gadgets, and it's movers and
shakers. (Even if they do give you the willies looking over your shoulder) And
comforting to know that someone with
access at one time to the entire gamut of photographic gear has chosen Pentax and the
most comfortable.

As usual, we'll tell you what we know, how we think, and drive you batty with
questions and requests for opinion. I hope
you have the time and patience to stick around for a long while. We are a mostly
gentle and fun bunch.

Unfortunately, my lifelong dream to have a basement or barn with a fully dressed
layout has gone by the way, sealed when I
sold all my engines and significant rolling stock on eBay last year. Left myself with
one engine of no particular value,
two digital controllers, a switch board, a cheap roundtable, and lots of freight cars
that weren't worth listing.

I've been a reader of both your pubs at one time or another, as I guess have many of
us here.

Again, welcome!
