I was talking with Mark Dalal earlier today, and he suggested
that one thing to consider with ambient light macro work is
the amount of exposure compensation you will need at full
extension. I thought that if I used a camera with a TTL
metering system, such as the LX or MX, compensation would not
be necessary. Since I'll be bracketing a fair amount IAC,
this might not be much of a consideration on the first project
or two that I'm doing. But when working with a subject that
won't allow bracketing, what do I have to be aware of WRT
exposure compensation even though I'd be using a metered
camera?
