The only thing that might help is to publish it in the FAQ and then put a
copy of the FAQ in the welcome message to new subscribers, and then post the
FAQ here on the list every day. Then there'd still be people asking the same
questions. It's a fact of life, some people will not try to help themselves
and must be spoon-fed everything. Others just need a pointer to get them
going in the right direction. Some people won't make a decision on even
trivial purchases without calling for a round of opinions from everyone on
the list, and some quietly do their homework and make their decisions.
There isn't a list that I know about that's any different. This is as good
as it gets.
