I have tremendous respect for both Arnold and Yolanda. Either would be excellent board members. However, I agree that with a 5-member board, 40% membership held by a single organization is an issue. It’s more than a perception issue. As others have pointed out, it’s a majority of quorum. In fact, it’s a supermajority of minimum quorum. Independent of who the candidates are, I would support a requirement that each of the 5 board members be from distinct organizations.
