Seeking easy normalization program

Hi guys, I have a bunch of MP3 files which I would like to normalize. I've
not done this before, and I am not an audio engineer so am wondering if
there is an easy-to-use program I can put these files through to normalize
the volume. Free or reasonably priced preferred. Thanks, Norma
