Tony and list, Audio Converter Plus is the one I figured out first, and so I installed it. If anyone is interested, here are a few details. First, the trial version will convert only half a file. You need to make a purchase for full-file conversion. Second, when you're presented with the dialog of conversion choices, there isn't an okay or equivalent button. You need to press F5 to start the process. Third, when you make the purchase, you'll get an email with the license key. Bring up the conversion dialog and enter your name in the "User" field. then tab once to a field that my screenreader, JAWS, didn't verbalize and paste in your license key. then tab over to "continue." The purchase will be registered, and you'll be spared this dialog afterwards. The cost is something like $25. I accidentally purchased a bundle costing another $10, so take greater care than I did.

I've installed Audio converter. It looks as though I get a free trial and will eventually need to purchase. However, I'm stuck in a dialog where I make selections (folder, output, etc.) that has no okay button. I can't get beyond it. Any ideas? Thanks. -----Original Message----- From: Pc-audio [mailto:pc-audio-boun...@pc-audio.org] On Behalf Of Tony Sent: Thursday, June 22, 2017 4:42 AM To: 'PC Audio Discussion List' Subject: RE: Simple program for converting MP4 files to MP3 I use Audio Converter Plus. I think it is by Abyss. GoldWave and Switch will also do it, I think. I'd like to listen on my Victor Stream, which doesn't support this video format. Would someone remind me of the name of a program that makes it easy to convert from MP4 to MP3? Thanks.
