I'm looking for a nice hardware setup to use with my Windows 10
laptop for playing audio games.
Meaning once I put the headphones on my ears and start the game...

in that world. I want to be able to hear the various sounds in a sort
of 3D environment. Also would like a joystick or game pad that works
well with most audio games.
What kind of equipment do I need to purchase to make this a reality?
I have a high-end laptop with 2.0 and 3.0 USB connections running
Windows 10 Creator. My screen reader is the latest build of JAWS v18.
The sound card sucks of course, but if I need to buy a better one
that has USB connectivity to make this work, so be it.
Any ideas?
