It may be the UAC, try pressing Alt-Y when that happens and see if then it goes. I have the pro version, so I am automatically notified when this is updated and am asked if I want to download the new stations. So I'll click "yes." However after doing this, then I get something that says "failed to download new stations!" What (if anything) can I do about this? I am running Jaws 18 and Windows 7 if this is helpful!
