Sound quality though a higher quality stream may suffer from dropouts if
you don't have the band width to support it or the stream is a popular one.

Tunein would have all of those but there are some issues here, do you want to
listen to a quality stream or a convenience stream, if convenience is what you
want - and that's understandable if on a mobile device in particular - then use
the Tunein App or site . If its quality
- a direct audio stream - taht you're after then consult the Global Radio page
and copy the streams shown into your favorite Media Player, if you have a low
band width available then you might prefer the lower quality streams.
The problem with Tunein is that the stream you get from the stations displayed
there may not be coming directly from the station itself thus lower quality.
