So just to summarise what the Hands Free App does just in case some people
don’t know.
If you have a Mac then you can take total Hands Free control of your iPhone or
Android phone though - due to Apple’s restrictive nature - the Hands free App
works far better with Android phones than it does with iPhone, you can send and
receive Text Messages for example.
When your Android phone is connected to your Mac via Bluetooth and the Hands
Free App is running you’re able to make and receive calls from and to your Mac
respectively using your Android device.
The user can set the audio parameters so calls be heard from a connected
headset and so on.
The update to the App has addressed heaps of issues and actually made the App
more accessible than it was.
When a text message comes in you can easily view that message and reply to it.
The App is far more stable.
Audio settings are remembered and this is most useful if you say only use a USB
headset for hands free sessions, the settings for your headset are remembered
for the next time you plug the headset into a USB port on your Mac.
Hands Free is one of the best Apps I’ve used over the past year and I’m really
impressed with the way this App is evolving.
