any idea why this is happening? I have never ran in to this before
and I can load this tream in every player and it works except using vlc.

this is the only stream that I am having issues the info is playing there is
tag info showing but no sound only vlc is giving me this problem and am trying
to figure why it is behaving this way. its frustrating me to no end.
