I received these around an hour and a half ago and - for the money - you do get great bang for your buck in great sound from the headphones themselves and a very good microphone - the best I've heard from a headset thus far -.

Firstly, the audio is not the type of audio you'd get from the B&W P7 or any other audio phile type headphones we've discussed here but it certainly isn't too bad and should satisfy most, convenience and comfort are the ingreedients here.

The headset can be worn for hours on end and you can move about quite freely given the long leac which comes into the left hand can.

The microphone is here too and it folds away and unfolds with a satisfying swivil.

The build of the microphone boom is excellent and adjustment seems to be finite meaning that close alignment to your mouth is certainly possible and the microphone is a sensitive one so adjusting too close to your mouth will cause distortion and so, a little bit of testing will be required here but again that's no problem as Skype for example offers a "Test Call" facility so you can run as many tests as you require.

The headset comes with an adapter so it can be used with your iPhone or Android device without a problem, another great selling point for this headset.

The headset isn't as light as the Plantronics Audio 478 but its a different design and overall a far better headset.

So now the question is does Senheiser make a USB version of the PC320? If so I'll be a buyer of the USB version too.

And yes before I forget I should mention the plug configuration. The PC 320 comes with 2 3.5MM minijack plugs, one for the microphone and one for the speakers so it can be used with most computer systems around today. The supplied adapter will allow the headset to be used with a modern Mac, iPhone etc.
