I doubt whether that can be done as a PSTN network is different to Skype
or to put it into perspective, if you dial into the U.K. phone network
from say Telstra then you're going to be hit with one sort of fee or other.
The best way of dealing with this sort of thing is to bet a Skype
Subscription plan.
For $7 you could make unlimited calls nationally in Australia and I
think the limit is ten thousand minutes a month before you get charged
business rates.
You might also like to look at Skype Business to see if they offer
anything a bit more reasonable.
