acb radio

Hi gang,
I don't know where to post this question so hope it isn't too out of 
line.  When I press a on the desktop it says acb radio has changed 
and the shortcut no longer works.  I've been trying to find acbradio 
to download again but can't find any place for downloading. Any help 
is welcome, and again apologies if it's the wrong list for posting this.
