Hello, If your sound card has "Stereo Mix"or "What you hear" it is very easy, just record what goes through your sound card.
If not, I believe you need the Pro version of Total Recorder, then go to Options and Recording source and parameters; there to Advanced and select Mixing source and soundboard. Alternatively, you need software such as Virtual Cable so as to be able to record incoming and outgoing Skype sound.
