The optical output is completely irrelevant to me I only need a line out. And it seems anyway that you cannot get your screen reader simultaneously through the system as with the music as I need to do with the loop induction system.

Look on one of the Amazon pages depending on what country you are in. Right now it is very cheap and works great. -----Original Message----- From: Pc-audio [mailto:pc-audio-boun...@pc-audio.org] On Behalf Of André van Deventer Sent: Wednesday, April 22, 2015 8:58 AM To: 'PC Audio Discussion List' Subject: RE: xitel hifi link Clifford I will probably be using it as my primary sound card anyway as I have an induction loop system connected to one of the outputs of my Nad amplifier which I use to listen to speech because of a hearing loss. Thanx for the feedback. This seems to be the way I will go then. -----Original Message----- From: Pc-audio [mailto:pc-audio-boun...@pc-audio.org] On Behalf Of Clifford Blackwell Sent: 22 April 2015 02:53 PM To: PC Audio Discussion List Subject: Re: xitel hifi link I have two of them. They work very well. Essentially, they become the default sound card for your computer so you'll need to designate your computer's sound card to be used with your screen reader. They do cause a bit of a mess with the wires and keeping the 2 different DACs straight, in my case. For the price, I don't think you can go wrong though. ----- Original Message ----- From: "André van Deventer" <andred...@webafrica.org.za> To: <pc-audio@pc-audio.org> Sent: Wednesday, April 22, 2015 7:44 AM Subject: xitel hifi link > Hi all > > > > Have now decided exactly what to do with my hifi stuff.
