It is written in Delphi and uses TDK GUI framework. At this point, there's no indication as to whether the mic is on or off, some fields are not labeled, important functions don't have hotkeys and so on. I did myself use SAM Broadcaster for quite a hwile - even at that time - it did require some skill at mouse manipulation but Window-Eyes at least did have most of the tools for that.
