Its an issue I never investigated to be honest because I have other ways of 
answering calls on the Mac than using the controls on that headset which are 
rather hard to press, I assigned various keyboard shortcuts on the Mac to 
answer calls in Skype for example, its usual that - if I’m taking calls on the 
computer that I’m usually sitting in front of the keyboard and thus the freedom 
of the H800 headset will then allow me to move about -.

As I’ve said before, the H800 isn’t a bad headset but in many ways it has a lot 
to be desired, build quality being one of those.

I’ve got some time so I’ll look up the headset in Google to see if there are 
any other stuff about controls.
