Yesterday I started getting the low battery alert even though the device was connected to mains power. My first thought was that the cable or internal connection may have been damaged. I have no way of verifying visually the status of the headset end of the cable or the internal connection. I tested with 2 computers in the event of a problem with the machine I normally use the headset on and got the same result. I also tried reseating the battery with no success. This leads to a battery question, what is the lifecycle of the headset battery assuming a USB charging connection and what is the lifecycle assuming a mains power charging connection? Also would resetting the device clear up the issue if so how is this done?
