I can't compare as I've not owned a Booksense however it does seem to me that the Media Player part has some additional functionality, supports more File Types by the sounds of things and you also have the Internet Radio facility but to be perfectly honest about it, I would have preferred myself they not include Internet radio and stuff in order to concentrate on the OCR part? I'm possibly being too picky but its all very exciting, we've had one credible demonstration/review already someone found on Youtube which I watched, think the link was posted on this list too.
