My experience may have have been a one time incidence. I had it plugged into a power strip and gorgotten to turnit off. When I came back to it the next morning I could hear nothing. This is what gave me that idea. Just yesterday, it began beeping to alert me that the batteries were low. I plugged it in and about twenty minutes later I had to unplug it to go to another room expecting to hear it begin beeping again but it didnt. **** If we can't look at ourselves, and ask, why? then where does the learning start?

Yes that's correct, you can talk all day on Skype etc with the headset connected to a USB power supply and the battery will still charge, this functionality is not found on all headsets and I can understand why, if you're charging from a computer's USB connection then you do have a very limited amount of current available to any USB device so talking on the headset whilst trying to charge its own battery takes more current than just charging the battery alone, my Plantronics 995 audio headset wont operate whilst charging.
