Accessible software drums

Is there such a thing as a blind accessible software drum kit for 
sequencing a drum track in Reaper?

If not, what fairly inexpensive hardware stand-alone drum kits are blind 
folks using today?  I'm not talking about electronic pads to physically 
use with a pair of drumsticks. I'm not a drummer.
