I really doubt that the 1080p ATSC stuff in the states is going anywhere
fast, so it will probably come in the form of some kind of disk format, or
streaming, if there ends up being enough bandwidth to do that.

That's the thing about 4K, Netflix is going to streem stuff, but there
really isn't much in the way of 4K stuff. Not all the new stuff does.
