I know people who own electro static headphones, they use a brand called Stax which are hand made apparently, the people I know with them can't speak highly enough of those cans and recommend over everything else so they must have something going for them, I notice Stax are available in Australia at <http://www.addictedtoaudio.com.au> so I really should follow that up though I'm told that - given that these cans are made in low numbers - that getting a pair may take a few months.
