These are dropbox type links. Simply press enter on a link 'http:' and you will be taken to a Dropbox website. At that website you will find the file and a download link. Press enter on the download link. Wait a few seconds. Press alt+n and tab over to the save button. What I do here is when I hear the Save button I down arrow to the Save As and presses enter on the Save As and I am given the opportunity to save my file to a preferred location.
