Copy all your files except for the annoying file to another location like your hard drive in a special folder. Find your pen drive whatever way you do it but do not open the pen drive but instead press your applications keyboard key or shift+f10. Choose format. Make sure you are formatting the pen drive and not another hard drive. read your screen carfully. It is simple to do. Follow the prompts.
